Customer Account and Office Management Specialist

A reputable IT firm is looking to hire a skilled Office and Customer Account Manager.
Key Qualifications:
- Ideal for a dynamic individual with a strong enthusiasm for IT solutions and exceptional service delivery.
- Experience in the relevant industry is essential.
- Proven management experience is required.
- A minimum of 5 years in customer service, sales support, and team leadership, particularly in IT products and services.
- Relevant certifications in IT, management, and customer service are advantageous.
- A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are necessary.
Responsibilities:
- The selected candidate will act as a liaison between new and existing clients and our technical and sales departments, ensuring effective service delivery, identifying new sales prospects, presenting products, assisting with quotes, and managing the technical team's performance to guarantee top-tier service for clients.
- Office administration: Handling internal administrative duties, supporting ISO and POPI compliance, and leading internal meetings.
- Engaging with suppliers and aiding in procurement processes.
- Conducting meetings with clients both on-site and virtually, following up with the technical team on unresolved client issues, and checking in with clients regarding overall service quality.
- Building and managing customer relationships, conducting courtesy calls, gathering customer feedback, and coordinating customer tasks with the technical team.
- Staff management: Overseeing and evaluating the performance of the technical team to ensure they provide outstanding service to clients.
- Performance management for staff - setting objectives and assessing outcomes.
