About the Role:

Pronel Personnel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office / Customer Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, overseeing service delivery, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers, technical teams, and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Manage the performance of our technical team, ensuring exceptional service levels are maintained at all times.
  • Oversee internal admin tasks, assist with compliance, and chair internal meetings.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, assist with procurement, and manage customer relationships.
  • Meet with customers on-site and online, follow up on outstanding issues, and manage customer feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, conduct courtesy calls, and oversee customer tasks with the technical team.
  • Manage staff performance, set goals, and measure success.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in customer service sales and support, team management, and IT products and services.
  • Industry experience and management experience.
  • Certifications in IT, management, and customer service are beneficial.
  • Driver's license and own car.
