Overview

The Strategic Client Solutions Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining and expanding relationships with key clients. Working closely with account managers, this position provides key levels of assistance and analysis to drive account management, retention, and growth initiatives. This is a team-oriented role with some client-facing responsibilities, requiring minimal travel. The position reports to the regional lead Vice President, Strategic Client Solutions, and is a highly visible role within Consilio.

Responsibilities

Protect Existing Business and Grow Total Account Revenue

The primary function of the Strategic Client Solutions Analyst is to protect existing account revenue and expand the footprint of business within the account. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with client guidelines and workflows.
  • Completing new engagement setup, including conflict checks, Salesforce opportunity creation and closure, and job setup.
  • Preparing and coordinating contractual requirements.
  • Monitoring project and client communications for follow-up and escalation.
  • Collating information for reporting, including liaising with Project Management, Finance, Review, and other teams.
  • Preparing and generating first draft reports and presentation slides for review.
  • Reviewing and QCing monthly invoices, working with Finance to ensure accuracy.
  • Analyzing and presenting information to assist with answering client queries.
  • Attending client-level and project meetings.
  • Collaborating with the SCS team in cross-jurisdictional support for global matters.
  • Communicating with client personnel on key topics, including contracts, billing, and playbook.
  • Providing general support to the Account Management team and clients as needed.
  • Attending weekly SCS calls and internal meetings.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the legal industry, preferably with global and/or Fortune 200 Corporations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
