We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager - Sales Strategy Specialist to join our team at HR Genie. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies that drive growth and revenue.

About the Role:
  • You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to create and execute plans that meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and manage budgets for marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Responsibilities:
  • In-store Brand Activations: Coordinate in-store brand activations in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Sampling and Campaign Analysis: Develop sampling plans, analyze campaigns, and assess cost per customer (CPC) and return on investment (ROI).
  • Joint Business Planning: Create Joint Business Plans with major customers for peak seasons, optimizing brand presence and driving sales.
  • Supplier and Logistics Management: Oversee storage and transportation supplier interactions, ensuring high service standards and cost efficiency.
  • Negotiate with suppliers, challenging quotes and evaluating alternatives to maximize ROI.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building and influencing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High initiative with the ability to drive projects independently, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Passionate and driven, with up-to-date knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional presentation skills in English.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) degree or a suitable tertiary qualification.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an FMCG environment, ideally in Sales or Marketing.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
