Job Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Elite Fitness Coach to join our team. As a key member of our fitness team, you will be responsible for conducting group classes, performing reception duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Group Classes: Lead engaging and challenging group fitness classes that cater to diverse fitness levels and goals.
  • Reception Duties: Provide excellent customer service, handle phone calls, and respond to member inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Facility Operation: Ensure the safe and effective operation of our facilities, minimizing downtime and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Training and Meetings: Attend scheduled training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the fitness industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of fitness and physical training principles.
  • First aid qualifications.
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Internet, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A friendly, energetic, and loud personality.
