About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strategic relationships with Dealer groups and Fitment Centers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring they are equipped to meet sales targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers at all levels, from operational to executive.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to optimize results.
Requirements
  • Education: Matric with a Business Qualification such as Diploma / Degree in Financial Management or similar Management Development Programme would be advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years Management experience of Field Sales team with a minimum of 6 direct reports.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience in the dealer industry and working with Partners would be advantageous.
  • Sales Methodologies: Experience in utilizing formal Sales Methodologies in sales execution.
  • Candidate Skills: Extensive experience in managing and engaging with Executives, senior managers, Managers and staff.
  • Cultural Fit: Strong emotional intelligence and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
