Key Responsibilities
  • Motivating and Coaching Sales Staff: Ensure business sales targets are achieved by motivating and coaching sales staff.
  • Managing Team Members' KPIs and Targets: Manage team members' KPIs and targets to ensure they are aligned with business objectives.
  • Supporting Sales Growth: Support sales growth through training and coaching of the sales team.
  • Creating and Implementing Sales Incentives: Create and implement sales incentives to improve sales and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Providing Feedback and Coaching: Provide feedback on call structure and closing skills to ensure quality is maintained.
  • Developing Action Plans: Develop action plans to increase performance and productivity of under-performing team members.
  • Identifying Missed Opportunities: Continually look for ways to increase sales and improve efficiency by identifying missed opportunities.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 Years Sales Team Management Experience: Possess a minimum of 3-5 years sales team management experience with a solid track record.
  • UK Market Experience: Experience in working with the UK market is advantageous.
  • Credit Clear: Be credit clear.
  • Ability to Start in 2 Weeks: Be able to start in 2 weeks.
  • UK Shifts: Be able to work UK shifts up until 7/8pm.
  • Transport Provided: Transport will be provided.
