Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Neoc_People. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing and managing a new or established territory of clients, securing and maintaining relationships with farmers, and achieving sales targets set by management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow and maintain a territory of clients, including identifying new opportunities and exploiting them to the benefit of the company.
  • Build and develop trust and confidence with farmers through knowledge of products, informative presentations, and overcoming objections.
  • Prepare and circulate sales and administrative reports to management, highlighting activities and results.
  • Stay up-to-date on business and market conditions, plan sales efforts, and recognize new opportunities within each account.
  • Manage and maintain territory records, including client information and sales data.
Requirements:
  • Matric qualification.
  • Sc./diploma/degree and/or previous sales background.
  • Previous experience as an Agronomist or in agriculture-related sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including oral, written, telephone, and presentation skills.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Decision-making and planning skills, with the ability to analyze information and evaluate results.
