IQVIA Argentina is a leading pharmaceutical company that requires a highly skilled Consignment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing processes related to consignment inventory management, including reporting and analytics within a defined scope.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as a technical/operational expert: implement and improve consignment management processes and standardized KPIs (stock levels, rotation, missing items, and physical counts).
  2. Ensure stable and effective performance of consignment inventory by correcting system errors and monitoring and improving data quality.
  3. Support local business requirements and development by partnering with commercial teams.
  4. Manage, analyze, and support consignment stock reconciliation and various other support tasks as required.
  5. Ensure visibility of consignment status and periodically maintain controls to detect deviations and apply corrective actions.
  6. Support the rollout of international/global key projects.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in multinational companies, preferably in administration, finance, or commercial support roles.
  3. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  4. Familiarity with inventory management principles and consignment business models.
  5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
