About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Support Coordinator to join our team at Sisol Projects. As a key member of our sales and administrative support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Support: Provide administrative support to our sales team, including preparing quotes, managing customer relationships, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Marketing Assistance: Assist with marketing campaigns, including creating marketing materials, managing social media platforms, and analyzing data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Website Management: Update and maintain our company website, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Stock Management: Monitor stock levels and implement strategies to minimize waste and maximize sales.
  • General Administration: Provide general administrative support to our management team, including managing diaries, making appointments, and filing documents.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong sales and marketing experience
  • Proficient in Excel, CRM, Social Media platforms, ERPs and Apps
  • Matric is essential
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications or Similar, MBA Or MBL will be advantageous
