About the Role

We're seeking an accomplished Digital Content Strategist to lead our team in developing and executing a comprehensive social media management plan for high-profile executive clients. With 5-7 years of experience in content strategy, social media management, and client relations, you'll be responsible for creating robust content calendars, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy: Develop and implement content calendars across various platforms (PESO), ensuring consistency and engagement.
  • Social Media Management: Manage executive accounts and corporate pages using Sprinklr and other social media programs, showcasing expertise and flair.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, including regular communications, meetings, and reporting.
  • Budget Management: Oversee budgets, develop paid ads and boosted posts, and drive strategic planning for both consumer and business brands.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, write articles, post on LinkedIn, and represent The Talent Barn as an industry leader.
  • Mentorship: Mentor a Social Media Coordinator and contribute to building our digital/social team.
  • Data Analysis: Deliver annual reports, analyze metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Pitch Support: Assist in new client pitches to expand our portfolio.
Preferred Skills
  • Graphic Design: Basic graphic design skills using Canva will be beneficial.
  • SEO and Paid Media: Knowledge of SEO and paid media fundamentals is a plus.
  • Website Backend: Experience with website backend support will be considered.
  • Newsletter Management: Ability to manage newsletters will be advantageous.
  • Video and Podcast Editing: Basic video and podcast editing skills will be beneficial.
Estimated Salary:

$90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
