  • Sales Metrics: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyse sales data, and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall company strategies and objectives.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and ethical standards, as well as relevant regulations and laws governing sales activities within the region.
  • Customer Service: Manage customer complaints (investigation and resolution), credits, and queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in sales with at least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Customer Management: Experience in managing key customer accounts and developing long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Education: Tertiary qualification in Sales and Marketing or a similar trade.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
