Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive bookings and sales for the hotel, surpassing targets
  • Handle reservations with professionalism and efficiency
  • Provide guests with all the information they need about our rooms, rates, and special packages
  • Upsell additional services to maximize revenue
  • Ensure smooth management of our reservation systems

What We're Looking For:

  • MATRIC (Grade 12) – essential
  • Fluent in English and at least one other language
  • Proven sales experience – you know how to close the deal
  • Previous experience in hotel reservations
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reservation systems
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting targets
