We're looking for a dedicated and driven individual to help us achieve our booking goals and deliver exceptional service to our guests.

Location: Choose between Sundown Country Estate Hotel, North West Province or our Johannesburg Offices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive bookings and sales for the hotel, surpassing targets

- Handle reservations with professionalism and efficiency.

- Provide guests with all the info they need about our rooms, rates, and special packages.

- Upsell additional services to maximize revenue.

- Ensure smooth management of our reservation systems.

- Deliver outstanding customer service at every step.

What We're Looking For:

- Matric (Grade 12) – essential.

- Fluent in English and at least one other language.

- Proven sales experience – you know how to close the deal

- Previous experience in hotel reservations

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and reservation systems.

- Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting targets.
