Job Overview

This role is responsible for maintaining a world-class standard for customer service and managing the facilities to meet the needs of clients and staff. The successful candidate will ensure all reception functions are carried out in accordance with agreed procedures, protocols, and time-scales.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
  • Greet clients and visitors professionally, using correct business language and tone.
  • Manage telephone calls efficiently and effectively, demonstrating good communication skills.
  • Build rapport with clients by using accurate voice, tone, pitch, body language, and gestures.
  • Attend to customer complaints and concerns promptly, facilitating satisfactory resolution.
  • Provide timely referrals to staff or business centers for appointments or other assistance.
  • Exercise courteous mannerism and appropriate greeting and closing techniques.
  • Act as a chaperone for clients when required.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and determine the purpose of each call.
  • Assist with administrative duties as needed by the Business Support Team.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining a positive attitude and providing a welcoming environment.
  • Data management and integrity: Record client visits accurately on the visitor management system.
  • Adhere to policies, protocols, and procedures: 100% adherence to Divisional policies, procedure, protocols, and SLAs.
  • Teamwork: Contribute to team performance by displaying a positive attitude and showing support and involvement in all activities.
  • Treat customers fairly: Understand TCF principles and use them when dealing with clients.
  • Personal development: Attend professional development sessions and respond openly to feedback.
