We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Operations Specialist to join our team at TalentCru. As a key member of our Digital OPS Support function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our digital channels and e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries and technical issues through effective incident management processes.
  • Identify technical failures and root causes via system logs and database files.
  • Derive insights and recommendations for root cause solutions using modern technologies such as RPA, AI, automation, and ChatGPT tools.
  • Identify gaps within customer journeys, IT, and business processes and implement improvements through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide first-line support for online SLT/CBU/VB/App and CEO escalations in the online space.
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in an IT-related field or 2+ years of experience in an IT-related field.
  • Good understanding of Oracle SQL.
  • Knowledge of online sales and e-commerce.
  • Knowledge of payment providers such as Payment Gateway or PayFast.
  • Good understanding of Agile Methodologies and the Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC).
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with digital-based and online information systems.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Elasticsearch.
  • Basic understanding of HTTP codes (e.g., 404, 201, 500, etc.).
  • Knowledge of content management systems.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Magento.
  • Experience with online journeys and digital products sold via e-commerce platforms.
  • Testing of journeys and working with test data.
  • Knowledge of HTML, JSON, XML, Oracle, and web design.
  • Good understanding of service design principles and user experience.
