About the Job

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Copywriter to join our team at Ogilvy. As a key member of our creative studio, you'll play a crucial role in developing innovative campaigns that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of campaigns, working closely with junior creatives to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of new and existing digital platforms, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure cohesive team integration and alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Participate in pitches for new business and contribute to the development of innovative media solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Generate ideas and sell them into clients and other members of the team, consistently producing creative elements against a deliverables list.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in copywriting, with a proven track record of leading campaigns and delivering results.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute innovative ideas.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Strong understanding of influencer, Mobile, Podcast, Out-of-Home, Guerrilla, Activations and Direct Marketing.
What You'll Do Every Day
  • Be part of the strategic process, interrogating the brief and developing innovative solutions.
  • Scope, plan, and manage the creative process on projects, working closely with junior creatives.
  • Manage and mentor junior creatives, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop.
  • Work with other disciplines to ensure cohesive team integration and alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Be a champion for innovative media solutions on every brief, consistently pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation.
