Main Responsibilities:- Implement cost-effective HR strategies and manage vendor contracts to ensure seamless business operations.
- Develop and implement recruitment and talent management plans to attract and retain top talent.
- Coordinate training programs and facilitate Training Committee meetings to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Provide HR reports and support performance management to inform strategic decision-making.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and manage employment equity reports to ensure a positive work environment.
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources (essential).
- 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- 2-3 years of knowledge of the recruitment process.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and work collaboratively.
- Professionalism, discretion, initiative, attention to detail, reliability, emotional intelligence, and resilience.
