Requirements :

Education : University degree or college diploma in a relevant field preferred.

Experience : Minimum 3 years of sourcing experience in an agency or fast-paced environment recruiting for permanent or contract roles ideally with global reach.

Technical Skills :

  • Experience with SmartRecruiters or similar ATS is required.
  • Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools preferred.

Recruitment Expertise :

  • Deep understanding of sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and full-cycle recruiting.
  • Ability to develop project plans and manage in a recruitment setting.
