Job Title: Facilities HSE Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities HSE Manager to join our team in the Telecoms Division of Tower Group (Pty) Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the health, safety, and environmental aspects of facilities operations. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing documentation and record control processes.
  2. Conducting site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
  3. Developing and implementing training programs to promote health, safety, and environmental awareness.
  4. Providing technical support and guidance to ensure overall HSE compliance in the region.

Qualifications:

  1. Preferably tertiary qualifications in Health and Safety, Quality Management, or a related field.
  2. Professional registration with CHSO or SAIOSH is advantageous.
  3. Licenses-Code B Driver's License is required.

Experience:

  1. Planning experience and understanding of business processes.
  2. 1-2 years' experience of HSEQR Management.
  3. 2-3 years' experience in Construction-related work.

Technical/Core Training:

  1. Excellent knowledge of IMS and its implementation.
  2. Documentation and Record Control knowledge.
  3. ISO45001 and ISO 14001 internal auditing skills.
  4. Knowledge of Facilities Management domain and relevant regulatory standards.
