Ticket Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Ticket Office Assistant at Wild Dreams Hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and efficient ticket sales and customer service
- Manage ticket inventory and maintain accurate records
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and productive work culture
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate (Matric/Grade 12)
- Good administration skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in both English and Afrikaans
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- Organized and detail-orientated
- Ability to work in a team
