Pump Industry Sales Professional

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team at Prostaff Holdings. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with customers to understand their pump needs and provide expert solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Select the most suitable pump technology for various applications, utilizing in-depth knowledge of Sliding Vane, Centrifugal, Sealless Mag Drive, Air Operated Diaphragm, Peristaltic, and Gear Pumps.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to prospect and cold call, showcasing strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation, sales, and marketing skills.
- Develop and implement disciplined call cycles, pipeline management, and sales forecasting strategies to drive business growth.
- Utilize excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a sales role, preferably within the fluid-handling industry.
- In-depth knowledge of system design, including piping systems, friction loss calculation, system head pressure, absorbed power calculation, Net Positive Suction Head, and first principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to different situations and audiences.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business.
