Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to join our team as a Strategic Growth Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through sales, negotiation, and partnership development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and a proactive attitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills and resilience in facing challenges
- Persuasive communication and storytelling skills to inspire and engage clients
