New Business Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our sales team as a Sales Executive. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for cultivating new business relationships and expanding our existing client base.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations.
- Qualifications: Matric certificate, RE 5, relevant FAIS qualification, and Class of Business knowledge.
- Experience: At least two years in short-term insurance sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, bilingual proficiency in Afrikaans and English, self-motivated and adaptable under pressure.
