We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Strategist to join our team at Exceed Human Resource Consultants.
Responsibilities- Financial Reporting Support
The ideal candidate will assist with the preparation and submission of financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to stakeholders.
Operations Reporting SupportThis role involves assisting in the creation and distribution of operational reports, providing insights into key business performance metrics.
Capex Project ManagementThe successful candidate will be responsible for calculating and monitoring capital expenditure projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Cash ManagementThis includes managing overdrafts, loans, and external debt to optimize liquidity and minimize risk.
Intercompany Loan OversightThe candidate will oversee intercompany loan arrangements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Shareholder Loan OversightThis role involves reviewing shareholder loan agreements to ensure alignment with organizational goals and risk management strategies.
Annual Financial Statements CompilationThe successful candidate will compile annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
Tax Planning CoordinationThis role involves coordinating tax planning activities to minimize liabilities and maximize returns.
VAT ReviewThe candidate will review Value-Added Tax (VAT) implications, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Secretarial Annual DutiesThis includes performing secretarial annual duties, such as filing reports and maintaining records.
Requirements- Relevant Experience
A minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field is required, preferably in a similar role.
QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is essential. Articles or experience at small audit/accounting practices or similar work experience are beneficial.
Technical SkillsThe successful candidate must have advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
