Job Description

The Business Developer will be responsible for identifying and developing new business prospects from multiple sources, including outbound calls, inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, individual research, and targeted email campaigns.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce solutions within the target market.
  • Work with our sales team to develop targeted telesales and email campaigns within their territories.
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in our CRM platform, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
  • Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to improve traffic and lead generation from our website.
  • Gain knowledge related to the products and services we offer.

Requirements

  1. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  2. A minimum of 0-3 years of experience in telemarketing and/or inside sales or business development is necessary.
  3. Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined activity quotas is essential.
  4. A proven track record of strong client relationships is crucial.
  5. Excellent client service skills and written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint) is required.
