Job Summary:

As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for supporting the Revenue Manager in maintaining and monitoring the implementation of a pricing strategy and ensuring profitable revenue growth across all geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and track profitability indicators and incorporate into revenue reporting
  • Monitor the impact of margin management practices such as promotions and markdowns
  • Ensure the availability of timely and accurate customer and sales information and reports
  • Provide analysis and deliver insight that links financial reports to business strategies
  • Participate and support the planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Support cost centre owners to make informed financial decisions
  • Drive continuous improvement through streamlining and optimising relevant operational practices, processes and systems
  • Manage cost drivers and take action to mitigate financial risk and address variances and discrepancies
  • Engage with the HOF and Regional teams to improve Finance understanding of the business, including revenue, cost and value drivers
Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree (3 years) / NQF level 7 (Essential)
  • Upto 3 years experience (Operational Execution)
