Job Overview:

As a Technical Content Manager at Nintex, you will lead a regional Technical Content group and oversee the production and delivery of Help content in various formats for diverse audiences.

You will be responsible for direct contributions to content development, maintaining high-quality standards, and adhering to the global team's Kanban process for efficient project tracking and completion.

Closely working with cross-functional stakeholders, you will support project goals, provide guidance to writers, and ensure all deliverables meet company standards and deadlines.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong collaboration with other regional Technical Content teams, globally distributed product teams, as well as strategy/tactical execution and the ability to collaborate and communicate up and down the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain technical content that increases users' ability to understand our products and services, how to use them in a real-world scenario, or solve a problem (deflecting support cases).
  • Provide forums for and encourage product consumer feedback on technical content.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of internal technical content for R&D teams, including technical diagrams, incident run books, technical knowledge base content.
  • Hands-on technical writing, editorial assistance, and guidance.
  • Manage localization processes.
  • Manage and maintain the global Kanban process and global standards within the regional group.
  • Work with stakeholders and the global Technical Content team providing input to style guides and guidelines for documentation.
  • Enable data-driven responses to evaluate and build upon our existing and new content.

Leadership and Management:

  • Build on technical and soft skills capabilities across the team.
  • Ensure alignment with global Technical Content team.
  • Examine and determine how to grow technical content externally and internally.
  • Set group and individual goals.
  • Contribute to global Technical Content strategy, OKRs, and direction.
  • Conduct performance and salary reviews.

Departmental Responsibilities:

  • Budget and P&L responsibility for technical content.
  • Proactively manage relationships with external providers, including management of contractor and vendor agreements.
  • Promote the function of the technical content team within the company and the resources the technical content team provides.
