  • Query Resolution: You will provide timely and accurate legal advice, analysis, and support on commercial and contractual matters relating to our company.
  • Support to the Legal Team: You will work closely with our internal legal team to provide research and drafting of legal opinions, as well as keep them abreast of legal matters and write reports as needed.
  • Commercial Transaction Support: You will be responsible for negotiating and resolving commercial transactions and disputes, and providing legal advice to the legal team.
Requirements:
  • LLB Degree: You must have a valid LLB degree.
  • Completed Articles: You must have completed articles with no PQE or PQE of no more than 2 years experience.
  • Strong Research Skills: You must have highly developed research skills and be able to analyze complex legal information.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You must have highly developed oratory and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
