Payroll Administrator | BPO Professional

A successful candidate will possess a minimum of 2-3 years' experience with Sage 300, which is a non-negotiable requirement for this role. The payroll administrator will be assessed on their proficiency in Sage 300 during the interview process.
The ideal candidate should come from a Call Center environment with volumes of staffing experience.
Job Responsibilities:- Oversee the full payroll function, including processing and internal/external reporting.
- Manage correspondence and administration related to employee benefits providers.
- Administer Time and Attendance systems, from staff registration to reporting.
- Ensure effective Employee Self-Service management by promptly sharing employee concerns with the Human Resources Department.
- Manage and control leave effectively.
- Liaise with Finance to assist with statutory reporting.
- Possess basic financial understanding and experience, including Accounts Payable, following up on invoices, reconciling internal accounts, and performing administrative tasks as assigned.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role with Sage 300 expertise.
- Certificate or Diploma in Accounting or a Financial field (advantageous).
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge and experience in Sage 300 Payroll is non-negotiable.
- Advanced computer literacy, particularly in MS Excel.
- Thorough understanding of the payroll process and associated legislation.
- Methodical and accurate work practices are essential.
