We are looking for a talented Credit Controller to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for managing debtors, performing credit checks, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage debtors and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform credit checks and make recommendations on credit risk.
  • Conduct month-end collections and achieve set targets.
  • Prepare and structure monthly invoices/statements to facilitate timely payments.
  • Address account queries, proof of deliveries (PODs), credits, etc., in a timely manner.
  • Maintain proper filing of day-to-day documentation.
  • Accurately allocate payments from bank statements to respective accounts.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in Credit Control and Debtors, with excellent problem-solving skills and a knack for accuracy. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Credit Control/Debtors is also required.
