We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Outdoor Program Director. In this role, you will be responsible for operational supervision of the UW Lakeside Campus and its team of part-time outdoor activity instructors.

Duties
  • Operational supervision of the UW Lakeside Campus
  • Leadership of a team of part-time outdoor activity instructors
  • Development and implementation of inclusive outdoor education programs

The ideal candidate will have a secondary or further education specialism, a specialist degree in outdoor education, or equivalent work-based qualification(s) and applied experience in the field.

You will be highly safety conscious, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work autonomously and as part of a professional staff team.
