We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable individual to join our team as a Lakeside Campus Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for operational supervision of the UW Lakeside Campus and its team of part-time outdoor activity instructors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational supervision of the UW Lakeside Campus
  • Leadership of a team of part-time outdoor activity instructors
  • Development and implementation of inclusive outdoor education programs

The ideal candidate will have a secondary or further education specialism, a specialist degree in outdoor education, or equivalent work-based qualification(s) and applied experience in the field.

You will be highly safety conscious, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work autonomously and as part of a professional staff team.
