We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Outdoor Education Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for operational supervision of the UW Lakeside Campus and its team of part-time outdoor activity instructors.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise the operations of the UW Lakeside Campus
  • Lead a team of part-time outdoor activity instructors
  • Develop and implement inclusive outdoor education programs

The ideal candidate will have a secondary or further education specialism, a specialist degree in outdoor education, or equivalent work-based qualification(s) and applied experience in the field.

You will be highly safety conscious, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work autonomously and as part of a professional staff team.
