Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrophysiology Cardiologist to lead our team in Central Massachusetts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Electrophysiology (EP) Program, which performs over 3,500 total EP procedures per year. This includes:

  • Ablations: 550 per year
  • Device implants: 570 per year, including Watchman procedures

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in academic and clinical achievements. They will spend 20% of their time in the outpatient setting and 80% working in the EP lab, device interrogation, and performing consults.

Additional responsibilities include program development, quality initiatives, teaching/mentoring/research activities, and maintaining professional acumen beyond high-level clinical skills.
