Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team at Telebest. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large client portfolios and ensuring high service standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pool Management: Proactively manage a pool of trained relief staff members to prevent any service delivery disruptions.
  • Scheduling: Ensure work schedules or job cards are in place for each position and relevant to site.
  • Quality Control: Ensure high service standards are maintained for all services in scope with regular site visits and inspections.
  • Staff Management: Ensure that staff are correctly and smartly dressed displaying a name badge.
  • Cleaning Methodology: Ensure that cleaning methodology are strictly adhered to in line with company policies, quality programmes and legislation.
  • Asset Management: Manage company assets by performing monthly spot checks on high value items.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate and filter company information to contract managers.
  • Personnel Files: Ensure that the content of personnel files are up to date as per company policy.
  • Succession Planning: Actively participate in succession planning on an ongoing basis by identifying and developing talent.
  • OHS Compliance: Ensure that all OHS act requirements are adhered to for site specific requirements in line with company policies, quality programmes and legislation.
  • Financial Management: Ensure each unit is operating within the budgetary guidelines with reference to labour, capital asset depreciation and maintenance, chemical and consumable spent and other expenses.
  • Supplier Management: Ensure that only accredited suppliers and approved products are used.
  • Financial Reporting: Compile accurate budgets and forecasts in line with company deadlines.
  • Financial Analysis: Ensure correct billing and analysis of monthly financial results.
