About the Role

This critical role is responsible for managing one of four workstreams within our Distribution Centre, focusing on Inbound, Inventory, Picking, or Outbound operations. You will be reporting directly to the Executive Manager Logistics and will be accountable for overseeing daily activities, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forecasting and planning resource requirements to support DC Throughput growth
  • Optimising warehousing operations, including materials handling and distribution processes
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and executing inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies and losses
  • Leveraging advanced system technologies to enhance efficiency and collaboration across departments
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or a related field
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics operations, with a proven track record of success
  • Advanced level Microsoft Excel proficiency and Blue Yonder WMS experience (an advantage)
  • Driver's License and own transport for frequent site visits
