Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Contract Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our contract management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our contracts, ensuring that they are executed efficiently and effectively.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a Grade 12 qualification and a relevant tertiary qualification. Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Autoline are highly advantageous.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring processes and implementing, maintaining, and improving procedures and systems to ensure effective and efficient process variability control.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor processes and implement, maintain and/or improve procedures and/or systems to ensure effective and efficient process/variability control
  2. Ensure implementation of HR/SHEQ policies and procedures
  3. Manage contract profitability
  4. Manage Work in progress for maintenance and chargeable work
  5. Participate in the handovers/delivery of machine with sales
  6. Manage the load testing process and ensure all machines comply with legal requirements
  7. Ensure that company assets are managed in accordance with company procedures and policies including adherence to the Weekly vehicle check procedure
  8. Monitor dispatch of products/delivery against targets and take timeous corrective action
  9. Following up on quoting on additional work required as applicable, from the job cards/service reports after every service and repair has been carried out
  10. Tracks, analyse and report on service levels matrices
  11. Carry out random inspections on customers equipment after service and repairs have been completed as part of QC process
  12. Collect monthly excess hours
  13. Ensuring the market related pricing and competitive information is always up to date and to report any changes and developments in the market back to the Management team
  14. Manage the quality of Product Support services and liaise with Rental/Short Term Rentals (STR) team
  15. Ensure compliance of support delivery and case resolution with stated service level agreements (SLAs)
  16. Submitting weekly reports accurately and on time
  17. Liaise with customers as required and ensure effective customer feedback communication processes
  18. Resolve/assist in the resolution of disputes with customers and subcontractors on site
  19. Ensure systems and procedures are in place to document contractual issues and manage contractual documentation effectively and efficiently
  20. Lead and direct all the major contracts under the service of support area
  21. Ensure that all breakdowns and/ or repairs performed that are still warrantied, warranty claims are processed accordingly

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of R 120,000 - R 180,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
