**Job Summary**

Telebest is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Technical Manager to lead our technical department and drive process improvements in our manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Lead and Manage Reporting Staff**: Oversee and direct a team of technical professionals to ensure the successful execution of technical projects and initiatives.
  • **Process Improvements**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • **Key Performance Measures**: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of technical processes and initiatives.

  • **Internal Audits and GMP Audits**: Oversee internal audits and GMP audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • **Cleaning Programs and Equipment**: Manage cleaning programs, equipment, policies, and regimes to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • **HACCP System**: Maintain and improve the existing HACCP system to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  • **Health and Safety**: Ensure that Health and Safety measures are in place and enforced in reporting departments and the plant environment.
