About the Role:

As a Senior Sales Executive at Dananda Talent, you will be responsible for generating and pursuing sales leads for IT and PABX systems. Your key responsibilities will include developing in-depth knowledge of the company's IT and PABX products and services to provide expert consultation to clients. You will also conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the client's needs, highlighting the benefits of PABX systems and IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their IT and PABX needs.
  • Design and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth installation, integration, and troubleshooting of PABX systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements to effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's offerings.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in IT and PABX systems.
  • Strong IT knowledge, including understanding of networking, telecommunications, and VoIP systems.
  • Proven PABX sales experience, with installation knowledge being an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and translate complex technical solutions into business value for customers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
