Job Description

**Job Title:** Junior Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Manager to join our team at Staff Solutions Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service in the Spa are maintained and developed at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • **Assist the Senior Manager:** Ensure the highest standards of service in the Spa are maintained and developed at all times.
  • **Brand Marketing:** Assist with the marketing of the spa and retail generation.
  • **Front Desk Operations:** Effectively coordinate and supervise the Front desk operations of the Spa as deemed necessary.
  • **Guest Relations:** Address and resolve both guest concerns and complaints.
  • **Team Supervision:** Supervise the front desk reception employees.
  • **Internal and External Control Procedures:** Work in accordance with the internal and external control procedures.
  • **Stock Control:** Assist with Stock control and stock take administration and procedures.
  • **Stock Issuance:** Issuing out Stock to therapists as required and maintain records thereof.
  • **Booking Coordination:** Coordinate group and individual bookings.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • **Relevant Beauty Qualification:** Relevant beauty related qualification.
  • **Experience in a Similar Role:** A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within a 5-star Spa environment.
  • **Administrative Experience:** Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative function.
  • **Professional Disposition:** Professional disposition.
  • **Telephone Etiquette:** Excellent telephone etiquette.
  • **Professional Demeanor:** Professional, positive and energetic demeanor.
  • **Administrative Skills:** Strong administrative skills.
  • **Planning and Organizing Skills:** Excellent planning and organizing skills.
  • **MS Office Applications:** Proficiency in MS Office applications e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • **Spa Booking and Hotel Systems:** Working knowledge of Spa booking and Hotel systems.
  • **Rostered Shifts:** Required to work rostered shifts and irregular hours as per operational requirements.
  • **Flexible Working Hours:** Flexible working hours as well as available to work weekends, Public holidays, opening and closing shifts when rostered as per operational requirements.
  • **Passionate and Target Driven:** Passionate and target driven.
  • **Well-Groomed:** Well-groomed to present the brand.
  • **Strong Verbal and Written Communication:** Strong verbal and written communication.
  • **Reliable Transport:** Reliable transport.
