  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong understanding of software applications and systems.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Prior experience in the recruitment industry is a plus, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, with a strong track record of success and a deep understanding of the role and its responsibilities.
