  7. Marketing Initiatives: Support various brand and marketing initiatives as needed. Assist in writing, editing, and proofreading content for diverse platforms, including social media, websites, and newsletters. Ensure strict adherence to corporate design and branding guidelines.
  8. Cross-Departmental Support: Provide ad-hoc support to other departments, including Sales and Logistics, as needed.
  9. Administrative Efficiency: Ensure all administrative functions are effectively implemented and align with company and system requirements. Maintain organized records and documentation for easy access and reference.
  10. Team Participation: Actively participate in team and department meetings. Contribute to training initiatives and ongoing professional development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing coordination & administration.
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.

  • Graphic design skills (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop).
  • Experience with social media management and digital marketing tools.
