We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead our team in designing, developing, and optimizing electrical systems and equipment for various applications.

This role offers the opportunity to take a leading role in shaping the future of electrical systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will:

  • Lead the design and development of electrical systems, including power distribution, control systems, and electrical equipment.
  • Manage and mentor a team of junior and mid-level engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Develop and review engineering documentation, including specifications, drawings, and test plans.
  • Perform electrical system analysis, simulations, and troubleshooting to optimize system performance and reliability.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong background.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, MATLAB) and simulation tools.
  • Extensive experience with electrical systems, including power distribution, control systems, and electrical equipment design.
  • Solid understanding of industry standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bonus qualifications include:

  • Experience with renewable energy systems (solar, wind, etc.) or smart grid technologies.
  • Knowledge of SCADA systems, PLCs, and instrumentation.
  • Experience in the preparation of technical proposals and reports.
