About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team at Clicks Group Limited. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for assisting the day-to-day optimal functioning of the store by servicing and retaining customers.

Your primary goal will be to support the achievement of our strategies and objectives in order to successfully attain our Vision - to be the 1st choice entertainment experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To deliver exceptional customer experiences within the store.
  • To achieve store financial targets and manage expenses effectively.
  • To maintain stock levels and ensure availability to meet customer demands.
  • To comply with all policies, procedures, administrative, system, and reporting requirements to minimize risk to the store.
  • To recruit, develop, and manage employees to deliver the brand promise and maximize store profitability.
  • To communicate and liaise with relevant stakeholders to achieve store targets.
  • To stay informed about market activities and competitors around the store to increase sales and maintain a competitive edge.
