Job Description

The primary focus of this role is to maintain top standards in all areas of responsibility: customer service, sales performance, quality standards on the sales floor, shrinkage and cost control, day-to-day store administration, visual merchandising, proactive management, people management, motivation, and training and development of your team members.

  9. Implement store operations according to the business plan to ensure optimal brand representation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Energetic and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • At least 3 years' retail experience, including at least one year in a management position.
  • Excellent merchandise management, stock control, and cost management skills.
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering outstanding service.
  • The ability to maintain high store standards.
  • A proven track record of leading and influencing teams.
  • A willingness to develop yourself and others.
  • Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal) and proficiency in a second official language would be advantageous.
  • A matric or equivalent qualification.
  • Further qualifications related to retail or business would be beneficial.
