Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and able to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and responding to emails
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Requirements
  • Minimum Matric qualification
  • Relevant experience advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good telephonic etiquette and people skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Empathy, patience, and tolerance when dealing with clients
  • Diplomatic and mindful of the impact of interaction with clients
Salary Range

R 250,000 - R 300,000 per annum, depending on experience
