Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records of bookings, guest information, and financial transactions, ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes. You will also assist in overseeing the lodge's financial processes, including invoicing and payment collections, as well as managing staff schedules and payroll records. Additionally, you will work closely with the management team to provide valuable administrative support and enhance operational performance.
