Communication Coordinator

In this role as Operations Administrator, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our service or support environment. Your duties will include managing tickets, administration, reporting, quality control, SLA management, and direct user communication.
To succeed in this position, you will need:
- 1-2 years of administrative work experience in a Service Desk or similar role
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
- Attention to detail and self-sufficiency
The ideal candidate will have:
- Grade 12 qualification
- Soft Skills
- Computer and MS Office Literacy (Administrative Certificate)
- Preferred Qualifications:
- ITIL Foundation V3 certification
- A+ and N+ certifications
About the Job:
This is a permanent position based in Sandton, with an estimated salary of R 200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
