We're seeking an accomplished Property Admin Lead to join our team at Prudent HR Solutions. This role demands a strong background in property administration, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive results.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Collections & Performance: Guide your team to success by setting targets, monitoring progress, and providing guidance when needed.
  • Troubleshoot issues and follow up on outstanding payments in a timely manner.
  • Conduct weekly check-ins with your team to ensure they're on track and address any concerns.
Reporting & Analysis
  • Performance Insights: Pull together high-level performance insights for the Admin Manager to inform strategic decisions.
  • Guarantee that your supervisors and team submit accurate reports on time.
Tenant Care
  • Customer Relations: Develop strong relationships with tenants, particularly high-value clients.
  • Handle account queries directly when necessary.
  • Streamline account adjustments, recons, and rate calculations to avoid delays.
Team Engagement
  • Team Development: Be the kind of leader who inspires loyalty and performance in your team.
  • Address internal issues promptly and fairly.
  • Create opportunities for growth and development within the team.
  • Making onboarding a seamless experience.
Billing & Financial Accuracy
  • Financial Expertise: Assist with rent roll prep and investigate discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
  • Take ownership of key accounts until they're ready to be transferred.
System Management
  • System Efficiency: Ensure Rentroll and MDA information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Verify data entered by your team is reliable and trustworthy.
Back-up & Support
  • Backup Support: Stand ready to support the Support Office Team Leader as needed.
  • Maintain open communication with the Admin Manager, sharing updates, concerns, and plans daily.
Projects & Legal Coordination
  • Collaborative Work: Foster collaboration among teams to support audits and annual municipal calculations.
  • Oversee project rollouts and guarantee legal file submissions are complete and accurate.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in property administration or management.
  • Solid knowledge of property processes, excellent interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
